Yes, we can produce the shoes with private labels.
We can etch your logo on the leather of outersole and
incorporate the same logo in the insole.

your design drawings, we will provide the details in two

drawings?
|

|
It would be appreciated if there are views of both sides
of the shoe as well as front and back view of the shoe.
Please also attach the material list and color choices
if available.
If your design is not so completed yet, we would be glad
to work out all the details together with you. We have
more than 16 years of experience in developing shoes
from outline sketches. |

Do I have to provide 3D image for production? |

No, that would NOT be necessary. We can produce shoes
from outline sketches. We will work out all the details
together with you after we receive the outline sketches. |

I am not a professional shoe designer and my designs
might not be according to the foot anatomy. Can CHIKO
turn my design sketches into wearable shoes? |
|
|
Absolutely! Before production, we will have shoe
lasts (block of wood or plastic shaped like a foot for
making shoes on) made based on your design and it is
according to foot anatomy. In this way, we can turn your
designs into a pair of wearable shoes while keeping the
essence of the design.
From this point of view, it does not matter to us
whether you have any qualification or not. We can work
with your designs even if it is just a sketch. |

If you can not find what you like in our collections, we
can have your jewelry or heels tailor-made according to

No, we don't produce any type of sports footwear in our
factory. |

CHIKO Shoes is committed to keep customers' sensitive business
information strictly confidential, including product design,
sales volumes and promotions ideas etc.
Any
information transmitted to CHIKO Shoes by client remain
strictly confidential. CHIKO Shoes does not without the prior
consent of client, divulge or otherwise disclose such
information to any person other than authorized employees or
authorized subcontractors of CHIKO Shoes whose job performance
requires such acts.

For the orders of more than 1000 pairs, we can label the
boxes and / or dust bags with your own logo. |

Yes. We can produce the shoes in small or large sizes. |

Our minimum order quantity for private design is 100
pairs per style. For
CHIKO design, the min. order for bulk
delivery varies with the styles. |

|
For private designs, max. five sizes and two colors can
be included in the min. order quantity. For CHIKO
designs, the size and colors are up to our
specification. |

Can I order one pair off for my wedding? |
|
|
It is fine with us. We do sell one pair offs to some
celebrities in China. Some brides from Europe also like
to order one pair special designed shoes for their
weddings.
One pair off shoes are hand made in our head office
by our best shoe technicians.
The leading time for one pair off is about 20 to 30
business days. A
pair of silk dust bag and a CHIKO shoe box are presented
along with the special ordered pair.

Yes, we can work with almost all types of shoe
materials, including but not limited to genuine leather,
man made leather, fabric, satin, canvas, silk etc.

Do I have to choose my shoe materials from CHIKO fabric
and leather collection? |
|

No, the material choices are not limited to our fabric
and leather collection. You can specify any material for
your designs. Our well established supply chain can get
the supply of most shoes materials available in the
market. We can also import the materials from other
countries. Our experienced logistic department ensures
your specially ordered materials from Europe or anywhere
else in the world arrives in our factory safely. |

For the custom order, we provide 30 days free exchange
services. For our in-house designs, we provide 60 days
free exchange service. Please refer to your

us by email. We will provide you the estimated
production cost in 1-3 working days after we receive the
design. The accurate price will be quoted after the

For 100 pairs, we require 100% prepay. For the orders of
more than 100 pairs, our payment terms is 50% prepayment before production
and 50% payment before international shipping. |

long does it take to produce 100 pairs? |

It takes about 20 to 30 business days to produce 100
pairs after the prepayment is received. |

After we receive the production order, we provide user
name and password for our customers to log into their
order tracking page. The day to day
production progress can be reviewed on this page. For
any questions, our customers can send us a message
through the order tracking page. We proceed these
messages with the highest priority. |

Do
you provide samples before actual order? |
|
|
Yes, we do provide samples before production. For
private designs, it include one fitting sample and one
final sample. Final sample is provided after the bulk
production order is received. For CHIKO designs, the sample is
provided with the sample charges. |

What is the difference between fitting sample and final
sample? |
|
|
For private designs, we provide a fitting sample and a
final sample.
Fitting sample is mainly for showing the shape of the
shoe. To
shorten the delivery time, we sometime use our in-house
material for the fitting sample, even though it may be
not in the required color.
The final sample is with all the details and in the
color as designed (if the required material can be
purchased in small quantity). The final sample is the
same as it is in the retailer's store but no shoe boxes
/ dust bags and not in pairs. If the material requires
min. order volume, we will communicate with our client
on more options.
Both of the fitting sample and final sample are
wearable. Both of them can be printed with your logo
too.

The sample charges are fully
refundable when the bulk production quantity

is the leading time for sample shoes? |

|
For private designs, most of the sample shoes can be
finished in three to four weeks. |

How much is the cost for prototyping (sampling)? |
|
|
For private designs, our prototyping (sample) costs
around 300 euro to 800 euro per style, which varies with
the design details. One fitting sample and one final sample are
included in the prototype cost.
The sample charges are fully
refundable when the production quantity
is more than 1000 pairs per style.
