Yes, it does not matter to us whether you
have any qualification in shoe design. We can prototype
your designs even if it is just a simple sketch.
When we start the prototype process, a custom made shoe
lasts will be made especially for your design. The shoe
last is a block of plastic shaped like a foot, which is
made according to the foot anatomy. Your private design
will be developed on this custom made shoe last. Our
experienced pattern makers will turn your
designs into wearable shoes while keeping the
essence of the design.

No, we don't produce any type of sports footwear in our
factory. As we are specialized in producing lady's
fashion shoes, we don't make men's shoes or children'

CHIKO Shoes is committed to keep customers' sensitive business
information strictly confidential, including company name, product design,
sales volumes and promotions ideas etc.
Any
information transmitted to CHIKO Shoes by client remain
strictly confidential. CHIKO Shoes does not without the prior
consent of client, divulge or otherwise disclose such
information to any person other than authorized employees or
authorized subcontractors of CHIKO Shoes whose job performance
requires such acts.

Yes, we are confident that our product quality can
compete with the well-known shoe brands like Jimmy

have been prototyping and producing shoes for
worldwide high end market for more than a decade.
To ensure the quality, we import the leather
outersole from Italy and import the crystals from
Austria and Czech. Our shoes are hand crafted by the shoe
technicians with many years of working experience.
To ensure the durability, all of our heels has passed the strict

invention or complete a design sketch with missing

No, we don't have such trouble in sizing. Our sizing accuracy has
been widely confirmed thanks to our increasing customer
database worldwide.
In these days, we usually skip the fitting sample and go
with final samples directly. Many of our production
orders are placed just based on the first prototype we
sent out, because there is no modifications required.
With the shortened turnaround time, our clients are able

USD 400 to USD 1100 per style, which varies on the

The prototype cost will be refunded in full amount
when the bulk production order of the prototyped style
is 1,000 pairs or more per style per order. The
prototype cost will be refunded in half when the
bulk production order of the prototyped style is 500
pairs or more per style per order. |

Why the prototype is provided one shoe at a time? can I
order a pair of prototype? |
|
|
The
prototype is
built to validate a product design. It is a process of turning a 2D sketch into a wearable
shoe, and would involve several modifications before the
design details are fixed. While one pair off orders are
more like buying a pair of shoes off the shelf in a shoe
store, the product is final and no modifications will be
made.
Therefore the prototype is provided as one shoe at a
time for the purpose of presenting the design details,
working on the modifications, as well as fitting.
One pair off order can be placed once all the design
details are fixed and no more modifications will be
made. For the designs which have not been prototyped
yet, we would not accept one pair off orders, as some
design details are still pending and the shoe may not be
comfort or in correct size as it is not fitted. |

No, the material choices are not limited to our fabric
and leather collection. You can specify any material for
your designs. Our well established supply chain can get
the supply of most shoes materials available in the

any custom made shoe components in any quantities,
including custom made/printed leathers, private designed
shoe jewelries, custom made leather/rubber soles, heels
etc.
We can also import the materials from other

Our monthly production capacity is 300,000 pairs of
fashion shoes. The orders more than 300,000 pairs can be
accommodated as well if batch deliveries are acceptable.
