Rumbert Kolkman

Aged 41. Co-founded Sinolink in 1999 and currently working as Chairman. Holds Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Rotterdam Technical College. 

Mr. Rumbert Kolkman has many years of working experience in electrical engineering and contracting service. Prior to work for Sinolink, Rumbert was the technical supervisor for Heineken Beer Brewery Factory in China and Roche Pharmaceutical Factory in Shanghai. He was also the project manager for the construction project of Australian Marksensing Thermal Paper Plant.

Judy Chin Jiamin

Managing Director

Aged 34. Co-founded Sinolink in 1999 and currently working as Managing Director.  Holds Bachelor Degree in International Business Management and English from Shanghai International Studies University.  

Ms. Judy Chin is a certified interpreter and has ten years of extensive experience in helping overseas companies develop business in China. Prior to work for Sinolink, Judy was working for Brands Holding B.V. in Holland and was responsible for Sino-Dutch joint venture projects.
