Anna Sui fall winter 2017/2018 collection was inspired by the interior designer Elsie de Wolfe. “There’s touches of those women in the collection but also elements of decor,” Sui said. “It was almost like building an interior, piling textures on top of each other.”

In the silhouette of lace up front and chunky heels, the boots on the runway were designed to grab your attention. By using the materials like brocade, suede and velvet, with embroidery, fringe and sparkly detailing, the boots are enhanced with luxurious and glamorous touch.

Made of glitter fabric, the platform sandals were paired with colorful legging or socks, reinforcing the essence of the brand, in a pastiche of hip and haute style.

Then there were velvet sandals featuring chunky heels, platforms and piped details. The sparkly crystal straps around platform added a lovely glimmer to the shoes and gave the dress up looks a mild sheen.
