Anna Sui shoes spring 2017 at New York Fashion Week were inspired by American pop culture. “I called this collection American Pie because it’s like a pie filled with all the different elements of the American pop culture,” said Anna Sui “I mixed them together since that’s what people now do when they get dressed.”

Featuring flatform sandals, western cowboy boots, suede oxfords and ruffled peep toe wedge, in color palette of red, white and blue, the shoes on the runway are romantic, playful, young and fun. Floral socks, straps and embroidery delivered a sweet Southern-girl style mixed with Old West.

Anna Sui will have“The World of Anna Sui” exhibition in London in May of next year, which will highlight some of the most important and recurrent themes of her past collections with a related book to be published by Abrams Books.
