Your return request has been approved!
Please make sure the returned items are unworn in its original condition and returned in its original packaging as you received. Any items returned with signs of wear or damage can not be refunded or exchanged.
The returned items shall be received within 15 days of the date your return request approved. 50% restocking fee may occur if the returned package is received outside 15 days time frame. If your return is not received in 30 days of the date your return request approved, your return request will be canceled and your order is no longer valid for return.
How To Return Your Item
Please follow the instructions as below to return your item. We don’t provide return label as customers pay for return shipping.
STEP 1: Please mail the return items in its original package via a prepaid (customer pays return shipping), insured, traceable method to the return address as below.
STEP 2: After your return is on the way, please fill out your return tracking number. Without valid tracking number of your returned package, we will not be able to process your return.
When will you receive your refund
Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within twenty (20) business days of when we receive your return and your return is qualified for refund. The refund will be credit back to your original method of payment. If you paid with credit card, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to show in your bank statement. If you paid with Paypal, please log into your Paypal account for details.
