Q: I didn’t receive my order confirmation email. What’s going on?
A: Please log into your account to view order details and print out invoice. The order confirmation emails are sent out automatically as soon as your order is placed. If you didn’t receive it, please check your spam folder. The email can also be bounced by your email server, especially if your email address ends as following:

Q: Do you have shoes larger than size 8.5?
A: We have very limited styles available in larger sizes. Please use the size filter tool on top of each shop page to locate the shoes in your size.
Q: Are your shoes in UK sizes or US sizes?
A: All our shoes are in US shoe sizes. Please measure your foot length and compare it to the size chart to find the correct shoe size. As the size measurements vary from brands to brands, please DO NOT take the size chart of other brands or from other website for your reference when you shopping at our website, which may mislead you to order the wrong size.
Q: When will my shoes be shipped?

Q: What is the tracking number for my order? How to track?
A: The package tracking number will be emailed to you automatically as soon as your shoes are on the way. If you didn’t receive it, please check your spam folder or log into your account for details. To track an order, please log into your account and find the order you want to track. Then click “track” button to track the current shipping status.
Q: I ordered five pairs of shoes but only received two pairs today. Where are my other shoes?
A: Orders with multiple items may be shipped in batches. The tracking number of each shipment will be emailed to you automatically as soon as the package is on the way. If you didn’t receive the email, please check your spam folder. You can also log into your account to see the details of each shipment.
